Yes, we accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna insurances, and are able to accept all plans except Medicare and Medicaid for Massachusetts state plans.

For out-of-state plans, such as Virginia, we can accept PPO and Federal Employee Plans (FEP). If you have an out-of-state HMO plan, please verify with your insurance provider that you have coverage with our practice, as we typically do not accept HMO plans from outside Massachusetts.

A neuropsychological evaluation typically involves three steps. 1) An in-depth interview where we'll discuss your medical history, concerns, and daily functioning. 2) Standardized testing, where you'll complete tasks designed to assess memory, attention, problem-solving, and other cognitive skills. This testing portion usually takes 3-6 hours, depending on the complexity of the evaluation. And finally, 3) A comprehensive report, in which we'll analyze your results and provide a detailed report summarizing your cognitive strengths and weaknesses.
