Inna’s clinical work is integrative, relational, and strength-based. She works collaboratively with clients to better understand longstanding emotional and interpersonal patterns while building on their existing strengths, values, and capacity for resilience. Her approach draws from psychodynamic, humanistic, ACT, and DBT-informed perspectives, with an emphasis on cultivating self-awareness, emotional flexibility, and meaningful change. She has also received training in perinatal mental health and has a developing clinical interest in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder.
Drawing on her experience living and studying in several countries, Inna approaches therapy through a multicultural and person-centered lens. She is dedicated to creating a warm and nonjudgmental therapeutic space where clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to explore their experiences.
Inna is currently practicing under the supervision of Dr. Russell.
