Jack is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned his master’s degree in Social Work from Boston College School of Social Work. His clinical experience spans university settings, community mental health, and hospital-based care, giving him the opportunity to work with individuals navigating a wide range of concerns and stages of life.
Jack works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, and life transitions. He is particularly interested in working with students and young professionals who are in the process of figuring out who they are, what they want, and how they want to move forward.
In therapy, Jack takes a collaborative and curious approach. He believes that meaningful change often begins with developing a clearer understanding of ourselves—our emotions, relationships, habits, strengths, past experiences, and the patterns that can sometimes leave us feeling stuck. To this end, he draws upon psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches to meet each client's unique needs. Together with his clients, he works to create space for honest reflection while also identifying practical ways to navigate challenges and make progress toward their goals.
Jack sees therapy as a place not only to address what feels difficult in the present, but also to develop a stronger sense of self for the future. His hope is that clients leave therapy with greater clarity, confidence, and self-understanding, as well as a better sense of how to make choices that align with the life they want to build.
