She provides individual therapy to children, emerging adults and adults experiencing anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), life transitions, adjustment concerns, and the psychological impact of chronic health conditions.

Camila’s clinical work is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. She works with clients to better understand their experiences while building upon their existing strengths, values, and coping strategies. Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based approaches, and psychodynamic perspectives.

Camila’s clinical perspective has been shaped by her experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families across medical, research, and outpatient settings. Through her work in integrated healthcare settings, she has developed an appreciation for the complex ways that physical health, emotional well-being, development, and relationships intersect. She is committed to creating a supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, empowered, and encouraged to work toward their goals.

Camila is currently practicing under the supervision of Dr. Russell.
